It’s tulips season!
I decided to finally visit Showa Kinen Park (also known as Showa Memorial Park) yesterday due to lots of people raving about it. For this season, tulips are in full bloom and they are truly beautiful.
Poppies and rape blossoms surrounding the open field are in full bloom and made the entire park seemed like a painting.
Many photographers, cosplayers, and amateur models enjoying their mini-session around the park can be spotted too. This is something interesting I’ve learned because no permission needed to take creative photos.
And since there’s an ongoing Flower Festival which runs until May 24th this year, there are several food stores around the open field where you can enjoy soft ice cream, yakisoba, ramen, soba, and other delicious Japanese festival food!
